About Sue Su
Sue Su leads sales and marketing for Silopak, the silage film and bale net wrap brand of Tsingtao Jummos Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. Based in Qingdao, Shandong, she works directly with farmers, distributors, and agricultural contractors across international markets, advising on product specification, material quality, and the practical realities of feed preservation in different climates and farming systems.
Her focus is the point where manufacturing meets the field. Silage film and bale net wrap are not commodity plastics; the difference between a film that holds its seal for eighteen months and one that fails in three shows up directly in the quality of the feed and the performance of the herd. Much of Sue’s work involves helping buyers match specification to their actual conditions rather than to price alone.

Sue has worked in the silage film and bale netting industry since 2018, first as Director of Sales and Marketing at Qingdao Silage Film Manufacture Co., Ltd., where she managed both domestic Chinese and overseas sales of silage film and bale netting. Since January 2021 she has held a general management and commercial leadership role at Tsingtao Jummos Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., the manufacturer behind both the Silopak brand of silage film and bale net wrap and the Jummos range of baler wrapper machinery.
Across that time she has developed particular expertise in:
- Silage film and bale net wrap specification, including LLDPE and HDPE material grades, UV stabilization, and film thickness selection
- B2B export trade, working with buyers across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, and Asia
- OEM and private-label production for distributors and agricultural retailers
- Matching product specification to regional climate, baler type, and storage conditions
Before entering the agricultural packaging industry, Sue spent eight years in management, market development, and administration at Kalantis Dalian Science & Technology Co., Ltd., where she worked on market research and commercial operations for the Chinese market.
Education
Sue holds a degree in English from Dalian University of Foreign Languages (2000 to 2004), which underpins the direct communication with international buyers that characterizes much of her work.

Silopak is the silage film and bale net wrap brand of Tsingtao Jummos Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., which has manufactured agricultural film products in Qingdao, China since 2011. The company produces virgin LLDPE silage film and UV-stabilized HDPE bale net wrap, exporting to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and markets across Europe and Asia. Its sister brand, Jummos, manufactures the baler wrapper machinery that works alongside these consumables.
