7. Wrap the bale in 6 mils thick (preferably eight mils) plastic, using 55% stretch and 50% overlap.
8. Store the bale in a relatively clean and flat place without sharp stones. Reduce sun exposure by stacking bales to reduce sweating and save plastic.
9. Check the bales stored weekly—repair holes and rips to prevent secondary fermentation and spoilage.
